Which is the best option for our yard and our dog?

This is our first summer in our house. Our backyard was a big wet mess so we just finished putting a drainage system in. Our next project is either going to be a fence or an electric fence (for our puppy). Right now we are not sure which would be better. We are trying to weigh all of the options, including cost and time of installment. We are leaning a little toward invisible fence just so she could go in the front yard with us as well. (A full yard wood fence would not work in our yard)
