Help my 6 mth old doberman will not stop jumping on the kitchen worktop?

He has turned the gas hob on and nearly ged himself, pulled over a bowl and it smashed and cut his foot and we also had to take him to the vet as he pulled a jar of cooking sauce, over which smashed and he eat the contents and the some of the smashed gl!! He is fed correctley adviced by the vet, and we have caught him doing it, and we shouted at him, he then pee over the floor with fright so he knows he doing wrong help!!
