I'm 16 and the past week I have had a high fever and body aches. Today I realized my is irritated?

It feels kinda like I left a tampon in too long but I haven't. I'm not on my period, but the past few days I have noticed a brownish, yellowish substance in my panties. Also it stings when I pee. I am not ually active but i did use my cell phone as vibrator one time a couple weeks ago and that's the first time I ever did anything like that (and probably the last) I was really worried so I got out my mirror and looked down there and i saw two small round sores right across from each other. they hurt like hell. They are perfectly round and kinda a white color. What do I do? I'm scared to tell my mom because I just got my first boyfriend and she will think we have been fooling around but we haven't. Are the sores related to my fever? Did I get the sores from my cell phone? And if I did why am I just now noticing them? How can I make them go away? Help!
