Okay so i have no idea what to do at this point?

okay so i met my friend Erin a few weeks ago on a weekend trip i knew one of her friends and yeah. so we started talking and we had quite a bit in common. her friends started saying we should go out but she has a boyfriend yet she was flirting with me and i would actually like to go out with her. so a week later she tells me a secret that only 2 other people knew and stuff and it was about her boyfriend and there was apparently something wrong with him. so she said that she knew what she needed to do. two weeks later she asks me if i have a girl friend but she still hasn't broken up with her b/f. so i was hoping one of you could help me understand whats gong on here and what i can do?
