My wifes been gone 18 days now is that to long for her to come back?

Ok 18 days ago we had a gruement she got mad and called her parents to come get her . Biggest problem is that i have been unemployed few months now hard find a job economy . she has alot of health problems to and is learning disablity. her parents kinda took control f her son my step son . so she was missing him to . after 7 days gone we talked almost everyday . 2 wednsdays ago she was ready to come home ok i was going to get her she called said her nephew b day sat ok said she told him she was going home said he had a tear in his eye i replied i believe it when i see it . take it hes 17 years old stays in truoble fighting was a figure of speech bout it hes tough . next thing i know she got mad said she wasnt coming home ever i talked bad bout her family. then she cooled of we talked next day was ok . next thing i knew she changed her cell number . then 2 days later calls me at 1 in morning saying dont call oe text her on her new number it showed up on caller id . so next sunday her dad called said just leave her be for a while shes confussed crying 3 days in row want to come home next 3 days she hates me . so i been giving her time havent text spoken or seen her in 11 days now . what should i do next wait little longer or what i love her with my mind body n soul. n i start a new job tomm morning finally to . ive had ppl tel me she be back in nother week or so . or call me by then to . she just needs time . its very hard waiting i love her so much . i even wrote her a letter last week explaining how i feel hope her dad gave it to her . or if she even read it . i have 2 daughters from my first marriage they love her dearly call her mommy to . they miss her very much to .
