If I adopt a child, can I give her/him back for poor behavior?

The best way to go about adoptin a teenager, is to get them as a foster child. You only have foster children for a certain amount of time, but if you and the child agrees, you can then adopt them through the court. This way you have already lived with a the child and know exactly who you'd be adopting. So all you have to do is apply to be a foster parent.
