I have spyware popups every 10secs. icons loaded on desktop. ran spyware, nothing.what do i do?

i have did system restore, ran trend micro pc cillin, window defender, and avg. nothing has done anything!! What else can I do?? when i type, it is severly delayed. please help. new computer.
