Healthy eating choices that aren't drastically different? read details to understand :)?

well, you should try to drink a lot of water but i see where you're coming from with the sweet thing! maybe try crystal light, the kind you mix into water. it doesn't have many calories and it's really sweet. i love it! also, instead of chips eat pretzels, they're less fattening. and instead of candy, maybe try granola or granola bars. they're sweet but aren't as bad for you as candy!
