Do you think a world wide plague or pandemic is inevitable?

I do think another killer epidemic/pandemic is in the future..we are actually overdue for one...but I don't think it will be this weird swine flu. The people who have come down with it have all gotten better, no deaths from it...so I don't think it's bad enough to cause any serious harm any more than the regular flu.
